Each year Blue Ridge First Baptist Church celebrates the beginning of the Christmas season by hosting a free guided tour through the events leading up to and following the birth of Jesus.

Experience Bethlehem is a two-day event beginning at 6 both evenings where you are treated in our Courtyard with Hot Chocolate, Caramel Apples, Funnel Cakes and Popcorn along with games and a Petting Zoo as you are waiting for your chance to board a Hay Ride.

Once seated on the straw bales, your 15-minute Tractor-drawn Hay Ride begins as your guide narrates the 9 scenes through our constructed Bethlehem Village with live Actors and Animals portraying the amazing events.

This will be a time of reflection and thanksgiving as you experience first-hand the joy and blessings of Christmas and what the birth of Jesus means to each of us.
